Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an international outsourcing company who are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the expanding team and support their clients.

ROLE: Customer Service Advisor

LOCATION: Preston

PAY RATE: £19,000 per annum + bonuses

HOURS: Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 8:30pm & 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Shift Premium: Hourly rate + 10% extra between 5:30pm - 8:00pm
Shift Premium: Hourly rate + 20% extra between 8:00pm - 10:30pmThe Role

The purpose of this role is to contact Global Telecoms Client customers receiving a variety of telecommunications services across Canada, Caribbean & Latin America (CCLA) by telephone and email. To further build relationships with customers and to organise payments for services.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to exceed key organisational goalsThis role of the Customer Service Representative is to operate around three key dimensions:

Maintain high quality standards in customer calls, emails and accounts worked
Consistently exceed individual KPIs and contribute positively towards overall team performance
Respond to change positively and assist Management to identify improvement opportunities in day to day tasks. Skills, Experience & Attributes

Experience of working in a customer service / collections / credit control environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good computer skills
Sound judgment and decision making
Analytical and problem solving
Sufficient mathematical knowledge
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Knowledge of collection techniques preferable
Negotiation skills & conflict resolution
Tenacity and resilience
Dispute resolution
Treats customers as valued, respected, important individuals
Actively supports initiatives to improve performance and drive efficiency
Delivers expected results, exceeds KPI's
Shares best practice with the team
Keeps others in the team up-to-date
