Due to our clients growing and diverse portfolio an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join them as a Building Surveyor.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of established professionals who pride themselves on providing outstanding facilities management.

Our clients provide a wide range of FM services to their clients in the following sectors:

* Local Authority

* Blue Light

* Banking

* Commercial

The key responsibilities of the role are:

* Provide fabric condition lifecycle surveys on a range of buildings.

* Utilise KY Kloud to provide these surveys.

* Utilise a tablet device to survey the clients ever growing FM portfolio.

What are we looking for?

A BSc or MA in Building Surveying with Minimum of 1-2 years' experience conducting condition surveys across various sectors, good working knowledge of technical standards, Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
