Are you immediately available for work and looking for a temporary role to get into work?

One of my brilliant clients is looking at taking on 5 customer service advisors for a 4 week temporary role. This is to cover a really busy period for the business.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working one Saturday in the 4 weeks, office based, £10p/h.

For this role you will need to have previous experience working in customer services as it can get very busy, dealing with the occasional compliant but the majority is queries around orders.

Main duties will include
- Taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Manage customer complaints and queries
- Create a positive first impression and attitude
- Respond to email enquiries.
- Provide a polite, fast, and accurate response to incoming telephone calls particularly in busy periods..
- Assist with incoming online chat.

For this role you need to be immediately available and happy to commit to 4 weeks temp work
