We are looking for a strong ERP Support Manager IT Business Solutions Manager to join our global manufacturer systems integrator client in Berkshire.

The ERP Support Manager IT Business Solutions Manager will be reporting to the Group VP of Information Technology and be responsible for leading the strategy and IT operations for ERP, MRP, CRM and reporting services across the business.

This will initially be a hands on role to oversee, manage & develop the Business Solutions within a rapidly expanding business with ambitious growth plans.

We are looking for a highly motivated ERP Support Manager IT Business Solutions Manager who can grow with the business within the role.

Responsibilities/Duties:

* To develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

* Business Process Mapping and Requirements Capture.

* Engage with business functional leads and act as Business Analyst to improve data-driven changes to drive efficiencies.

* Travel between US, UK & Australia.

* IT Business Solutions Financial Forecasting & Budgeting.

* Ownership of IT Service Delivery for all IT Business Solutions.

* Adherence to IT Group governance, risk and compliance.

* IT Change Management.

* IT Services, Supply Chain & Vendor Management.

* Measure IT Business Solutions Performance and KPI/SLA.

* Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required of you
