White collar Recruitment Consultant

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience + commission structure

Start date: Immediate

UK Recruiting has an excellent opportunity for a 360-recruitment consultant to manage and develop a temp / perm desk for the White-Collar sector from our office in Chiswick west London. With several years of experience of placing white collar placements, UK Recruiting have a proven reputation within the Ground works, RC Frame, Civil Engineering, fitout and residential sectors.

This will be instrumental to you for business development prospects, and we can offer a wealth of contacts to assist you in creating a job portfolio.

Job Description for the Recruitment Consultant

* Identify and win new business in the White-Collar market by means of tele sales and face to face visits

* Fill placements you receive from UKR’S business development managers

* Provide clients with a superior recruitment service

* Develop close relationships with clients and candidates

* Write job adverts, resource candidates and interview suitable candidates

* Uploading candidate’s data / CVs to CRM

* Work towards hitting KPIs and revenue targets

Specification of Recruitment Consultant Role

* Two to Three years proven experience of working in construction recruitment

* Strong business development skills

* Demonstrate a strong work ethic

* Motivated by sales and target driven

* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
