On offer is an exciting opportunity for a organised individual to join the operation teams and be part of a rapidly expanding company.
This company have been established for over 140 years delivering design, installation and maintenance works for their respective products all across the UK. They have continued to grow consistently throughout even the toughest of market conditions, where in covid they actually opened four new offices.
This is a great time for an ambitious individual to join, where they can progress with the company, as they grow.
In this role, you will be responsible for making sure clients' work is resourced by allocating the appropriate operatives using a work management system. As well as planning future work, you must be able to react quickly to high priority works that require an immediate or urgent response.
You're day to day will consist of speaking to a variety of clients and building users to ensure contracted response times are met.
You will also need to communicate with internal stakeholders, such as managers, contract managers and supervisors to deliver updates and understand their requirements for labour. From this you will allocate the right operatives, based on their skills, availability and locality to the jobs that are nearing completion to ensure we meet appointment times/response times and minimise travel and unproductive time.
Additional responsibilities include: managing client feedback, monthly reports, managing annual leave and training requirements.

The role:
Ensure clients' work is resourced by allocating the appropriate operatives using a work management system.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage feedback, complaints, reports, annual leave, training etc…
The person:
C or above in Maths and English at GCSE level
Experience working in operations
Capable IT skills (MS office essential)
Great communication and organisation skills
