A dynamic international law firm are looking for a confident Tax Lawyer to join their experienced corporate team in their London office.

The Tax Lawyer's Role

The successful Tax Lawyer will aid with complex tax issues across a range of areas including public and private M&A, reorganisations and demergers, real estate, IPOs, PE transactions and tax disputes.

The Tax Lawyer will also work closely with other departments such as corporate, PE, real estate, employment, pensions and litigation groups.

The Tax Lawyer:

Qualified solicitor
Proven experience in Tax matters
Strong academic background
Excellent communication skills
Experience of managing junior team members is desirableIn Return?

£90,000 - £160,000 (DoE)
