Community Manager-Permanent-5 days a week onsite in Camden (London)-Salary £30-£32k

I am seeking a passionate, energetic and approachable Community Manager to lead this venture and build a community that is aligned closely to the values of the client as well as providing first class hospitality lead customer service.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day community activities with direct hands-on responsibility for its commercial and community success. Member experience, event management as well as new membership sales and retentions are the vital functions within this exciting role.

Key responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for members
Manage new and existing memberships
Manage team of Co-Ordinator's as well as shifts and rotas
Manage booking system and enquiries

Key requirements:

2 + years of experience in a relevant role
Experience of facilitating events/workshops with young people aged 18-30
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Excellent organisational skills
