We are looking for motivated individuals who are energetic and organised with a can-do attitude and great communication skills. You will be expected to engage with customers in their homes to reach install targets and to generate work.
Main responsibilites :
* working closely with the operations team to ensure home water audits are completed to an exceptinally high standard.
* Working on the project specific CRM system
* As a part of home water audits, intall the clients range of control flow products (training will be provided)
* Give customers tailored water efficiency advice
* Liaising with customers and being the first face to face point of contact
* Taking water meter readings and flow rate measurements
* Indenity lead piping, indentify leaks and fix leaks where appropriate
* Managing diary and ensuring appointments are met.
Essential Skills :
* Confident/has experience using tools
* Has a valid driving licence
* A willingness to learn and improve
* Ability to work at speed precisely
* Able to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
* Able to with tablet and mobile devices
* Ability and willingness to learn to use project specific CRM systems
Must have ;
* Plumbing Qualifications minimum Level 2
* EUSR Water Hygiene AM
* DBS Check
* Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
