My client, a top tier national firm with a presence in Birmingham are looking to recruit a EL/PL Associate to join their public sector claims department. The team handle a high value and sensitive caseload for a variety of clients defending primarily EL/PL claims. You will be dealing with complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. The successful candidate will need to be 3-5 years PQE with experience dealing with EL/PL injury claims as well as blue light and stress/abuse claims.  In return a highly competitive salary, along with hybrid working and comprehensive benefits package.
