The Company

My client is a Specialist Planning Consultancy who advise landowners, developers, and investors in all Planning related matters. Their approach is personable and commercial, meaning they are quick to understand their client's objectives, identify appropriate planning strategies and add value to portfolios. They are a multidisciplinary consultancy who work within the residential, strategic land, tourism and leisure, employment, commercial and automotive sectors. They are looking for a talented Graduate to join their Exeter team with chance to also work in their Bristol office and work from home also.

Qualifications:

RTPI accredited degree
Good knowledge of the UK Planning system
A full UK driving licence
Great communication skills
Ideally experience in the Private sector
