Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor wanted for a leading multi-disciplined Main Contractor on a Croydon framework contract. Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor with full remit for a portfolio of contracts as part of a larger framework. Quantity Surveyors will be splitting their time between head office and sites in Croydon, providing the Senior Quantity Surveyor with monthly reporting, sub-contractor payments, day to day quantity surveying duties. The role will be working for the Refurbishment Division of this business, on £30m worth of contracts for Local Authorities over 5 years, covering external brickwork, internal refurbishments, new build. Quantity Surveyors will be joining a business that has an established brand name in UK construction that can offer genuine job security and opportunities for career progression. Quantity Surveyors are placed on to a learning and development programme as part of the in house training team for professional development in your career.

Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills

* Degree Qualified (Quantity Surveying or Similar)

* Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying profession

* Main or Sub-Contractor experience

Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits

* £32,500 - £37,500

* Car Allowance - £3,500

* Annual Bonus (% Neg)
