JOB ROLE: Customer Service/ Data Entry
COMPANY: Car Show Room
HOURS: 9am - 6pm
SALARY: £12 - £12.50 Per hour
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Maintain database by entering new and updated information.
Answering customer queries via the telephone and via email.
Booking customer appointments
Check work carefully before submitting
Good time management skills
Organised and able to work to deadlines
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Proactive and enthusiastic nature
Excellent communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Ability to multitask
