Office based near Dartford with projects in Kent, Central London and Essex

Our client is a well established Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality refurbishment, fit out and new build projects across many sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure from £1m - £15m on a traditional basis and up to £50m on a Construction management basis.

Repeat work is paramount to or client and a significant proportion of there projects year on year. They have a simple philosophy of creating and developing relationships with clients , consultants and supply chain lead by the business owners and Directors..

Due to continued progression and work load, our client is looking to recruit a dedicated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a similar environment who is looking to progress into a Senior role in the next 12 months.
