Are you an experienced Administration Coordinator, looking to work within a friendly team in a dynamic office environment?
Our client are engineering specialists within the Building Controls industry and are looking to recruit a permanent office coordinator to work in their busy Horley / Salfords Office, near Redhill.
The work will involve general office administration, as well as coordinating a team of engineers and liaising with clients at all levels.
Salary in the range of £(phone number removed) a year, dependant on experience.
Hours: 8.00am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch), Monday - Friday.

Customer liaison via email and telephone.
Co-ordinating a team of engineers on client appointments.
Creating and managing quotations for engineering works.
Efficient paperwork management.Essential Qualifications:
English & Mathematics proficiency, to a minimum GCSE Grade C standard.
Experience of working with MS Word & Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Works well under pressure with a proactive approach.Work remotely
