DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.
Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.
Carry-out minor defect rectification as directed.
To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning and defect records are completed and up to date.
Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services. TEAM WORKING
Meeting your own Key Performance Objectives
Liaise regularly with line manager and team members.
Attending team and other staff meetings.
Supporting new team members during on-the-job training.
Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and in accordance to agreed Personal Development Plan.
Monitor own work levels, progress and development
Make recommendations in regard to operational issues and enhancements.
Undertake all core training and development programmes as required.Any other duties within the scope of responsibility and ability, as required, inclusive of providing similar support to any other local company project.
