Site Manager

Are you a Site Manager currently searching for a new role? Do you have experience working in the healthcare industry?

My client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on small works projects inside live healthcare buildings.

You will be arranging site visits with approved suppliers to obtain quotation tenders on various projects, such as minor refurbishments, re-decoration, power installs, flooring refurbishments, LED lighting upgrades, roofing works and asbestos removal.

Projects will be valued up to £50k

Must have:

* SMSTS

* Experience working on live healthcare buildings

* First Aid

* Minor Works experience

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
