We are recruiting Sales Executives due to rapid growth for our customer who are an insurance broker based in Bedford. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for converting warm leads into new clients and achieving targets & KPI’s.

As a Sales Executive your responsibilities will include;

* Calling warm sales leads generated by a telemarketing team

* Selling market leading insurance products

* Retaining repeat business through excellent service standards

* Following up on previous contact and track the process

* Updating all communication on a CRM system

* Working towards KPI’s & Targets

The ideal candidate will have the following;

* Previous sales experience

* Proven track record of exceeding targets

* A desire to succeed and over achieve

* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

* Ability to deliver good quality customer service

The Employment package on offer;

* £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

* Monday to Friday 0930 – 1700

* Early finish Fridays at 1600

* Yearly awards

* Bonuses for consistently achieving targets

* 8% bonus on all new business & renewals

* Monthly & Quarterly bonuses for most business sold during period

* 28 Days Holiday inc Bank Holidays & Additional extended Christmas closure

* Chartered Insurance Institute qualification fully expensed
