We are supporting our long-standing respected client with the recruitment of their next ‘Maintenance Manager’ on a full-time permanent basis. Based in Inverness, the successful candidate’s main purpose will be improving the Maintenance Management processes and procedures, leading the site Maintenance function in providing both a proactive and reactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Time-served Engineer with a mechanical/electrical/electronic discipline (Essential).
- Minimum Degree in appropriate engineering discipline / or relevant time served experience (Essential)
- Industrial experience within manufacturing, engineering, and procurement/supply chain (Essential).
- Recognised health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely (Essential).
- Technical capability and understanding.
- Supervisory experience essential.
- CMMS.
- Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance.
- High voltage experience.
- PLC knowledge.
- Hydraulics knowledge.
- Pneumatics knowledge.
- Pressure vessels.
- Thermal oil.
