Are you a supportive and effective HR Officer? Want to work for an innovative, robust Company going through an exciting change period? If so, this could be the role for you. We are looking for an HR Officer to join a team reporting to the Head of HR. You will help to deliver management advice and support that complies with employee legislation and best practice.
The role is based in North Kent.
As a HR Officer, you will:
Provide generalist advice and support to all employees and act as a key point of contact
Be the HR representative for all employee relations matters, recruitment and onboarding for your key areas
Coordination for Personal Performance Plans
Prepare the monthly payroll spreadsheet and send to external providers for processing
Oversee the absence management process, new starters, changes and leavers
Act as first point of contact for all maternity, paternity, parental leave and flexible working requests
Deal with any queries in the absence of the Head of HR, escalating where necessary
With your strong generalist experience, your experience in casework and your CIPD qualification, you will find this opportunity challenging and varied as well as rewarding.
