Mon – Fri 7:30am – 17:00pm & Every other Saturday 7:30am – 13:00pm

This company are looking for a qualified HGV Fitter to carry out inspection, preparation and repair of HGVs. The ideal candidate would have experience in this industry or be someone willing to apply their skills to the role effectively, with a long-term mindset,

Information on the role

* Carry out inspection and preparation of equipment

* Diagnose faults and conduct repairs

* Follow H&S codes

* Maintain, repair, and Service HGV vehicles

* Repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related ancillary equipment, replacing parts as and when necessary.

* Pre MOT checks and preparation

* Working hours Mon – Fri 7:30am – 17:00pm & Every other Saturday 7:30am – 13:00pm

What we’d like from you

* Class 2 license desirable

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Light/Heavy Vehicles desirable

* Exceptional written and spoken English skills

* Exceptional math skills

* Self-motivated personality

* Attention to detail

* Organisation and time management skills
