Our client is an excellent law firm within the West Midlands, acting for businesses from start-up to sale. Our client is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join the thriving Commercial Team which forms part of the wider Business Services Department. The team handles a varied non-contentious workload for owner managed businesses and corporates. This is an excellent opportunity for junior and senior Commercial Solicitors to join an exciting team.

Commercial solicitor role:

The ideal commercial solicitor will provide technically accurate and practical advice to clients in a broad range of non-contentious areas including but not limited to; commercial contracts, distribution, T&Cs, IP, and consumer law. Working closely with clients to develop key relationships providing a bespoke service.

Commercial solicitor desired skills and experience:

* 3+ PQE solicitor or equivalent (negotiable for the right candidate)

* A desire to have direct client contact and maintain/build relationships

* Personal effectiveness and self-management

* Good organisational and team skills

* Good attention to detail

* Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative

* Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines

* Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic

* Able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others

* Good and user-friendly communication skills, ability to adapt style with clients
