We Care Bespoke are looking for passionate, committed, and dedicated Support Workers to work across the North East.

Due to an increase in demand for We Care Bespoke services, we are looking for experienced support workers across the area to support children, young people and their families. This includes independent supported living services, edge of care support, mother and baby supervision and community outreach and activities. We offer a combination of days, waking night and sleepovers. Weekend work will be required occasionally, full driving license and access to transport is desirable (business insurance would be required).

The ideal candidates will have at least 12 months’ UK work experience supporting children and young people and experience of challenging behaviours, although we would also welcome applicants from other care sectors who have similar skills and experience. Essential health and social care related experience.
