Our client is seeking an NQ Commercial Property Solicitors to join their award-winning real estate team in Camberley. As a Legal 500 ranked and listed in the Legal 250 for Kent, Surrey & Sussex, the firm is known for providing exceptional legal services to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will provide legal advice and support to clients on a range of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, and secured lending work.

• You will manage a caseload of real estate matters, ensuring that deadlines are met and providing commercially-focused advice to clients.

• As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the team.

Requirements:

• As a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with NQ PQE in commercial property law, you must have a strong legal knowledge and practical experience in commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, and secured lending work.

• You must have the ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.

• As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• You must have a proven track record of successful business development and the ability to generate new work.
