Kenna Recruitment are representing a leading commercial fit-out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out projects across the London and South East, including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele.

About the role:

You’ll be liaising with the directors giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines and delivery of such scheme, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

The ideal candidate can will have experience in managing commercial fit out schemes Cat A & Cat B varying from £1million to £15 million as a number one with managers reporting into them

Responsibilities:

* Making sure the project is delivered safely through to completion

* working closely with the commercial and design team

* client and tender meetings

* Providing regular updates

* Meet deadlines

Requirements:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First aid cert

* NVQ Level 6
