Hudson Shribman are looking a Workshop Supervisor with Control Panels expereience

Workshop Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervise the assembly of a variety of electrical control panels and automation equipment
Determine work rotas and completion of assigned tasks
Ensure all tools and equipment in use are certified and/or calibrated
Adopt safe systems of work (RAMS) and observe the requirements of any Permit to Work
Assess tasks for completeness and report any issues or variations
Workshop Supervisor Requirements

Experience in supervising technicians for effective completion of task
Minimum 5 years experience of industrial control panel assembly
A comprehensive toolkit for completing assembly of control panels
NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Services - Panel Wiring / Panel Builder or Mechanical Manufacture Engineering (fitting and assembly) or equivalent Approved Apprenticeship in Panel Wiring /Panel Building (Desirable)
Salary: £34k to £40k depending on experience
