Apply on Partner SiteWe are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to work on water projects in the Hampton area for a large, respected Tier 1 contractor. The perfect applicant will have experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.

Duties will include:
Ensuring that all relevant health and safety documents are correctly recorded
Checking that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out
Supervising work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with method statements and work Instructions from the project manager
Recording the progress of works on record drawings or other suitable means when required
Inspecting and record incoming materials and their documentation when required
Recording the location of materials within the works where traceability is required
Recording all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agree action with the person in charge of the works
Recognising the health and safety considerations are central to all tasks and contribute to ensure safe working environments for all
Actively supporting the Site Manager to maintain and enforce safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with Safety PoliciesRequirements:
Experience working within the Water Industry is essential
HNC in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
CSCS
SSSTS backed up with sound knowledge of Health, Safety procedures
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Experience of managing and developing an individual or small team
Ambitious and dynamic personality
First Aid
Valid Full UK Driving License
