Our client is looking for an Energy Assessor to join their well-established Energy Compliance Consultancy. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to complete various calculations and reports for Building Control applications across a range of small to medium scale developments.

To be considered for this Energy Assessor role you will have;

BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Environmental, or similar
OCDEA qualification
Experience with Part L Building Regulations
Mathematical and IT skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent analytical and report writing skillsWorking as an Energy Assessor you will;

Complete energy assessments
Conduct SAP/SBEM Assessments
Produce U-value calculations
Be organised with general administration
Support junior members of the team
Produce Energy Statements for planning applications
