I am currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a Construction Contractor based near Thornliebank. My Client requires a Administrator who has a minimum of 2 years experience ideally within the Construction industry but Candidates outwith the construction industry will still be considered.

Duties of the role will include but won’t be limited to:

* Assisting with production of reports and documents

* Help ensure data management systems are kept up to date

* Undertake any administrative duties that may be assigned from the Site Management Team

* Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines

* Deal in a competent and dependable manner with complex and sensitive documents

The ideal Candidate will have strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, a self-starter and someone who proficient in using Microsoft software.
