What you need?

Mechanical Qualifications – e.g MSc/MENG
Mechanical operational estates management experience.
Worked in an NHS Trust is desirable but not essential.   
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Delivery of small capital projects from a mechanical perspective.
Operation of site Ventilation Systems, Decontamination Systems, Medical Gas Systems and Water Systems.
Manage a team of 6 or more Engineers. 
The Role

This role is an initial 3 month temp contract with the opportunity to extend.   
The salary for this role is £19-20 an hour.
You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
You will be reporting to the Head of Operational Estates.
