Level 6 NVQ in Building and Civils, 5-day SMSTS course and CSCS card for relevant position
First Aid 
Noise &Vibration

Scaffolding Safety Awareness
Dust Awareness
Temporary works Coordinator
Asbestos awareness
The manager must be a stand-alone manager and fully conversant in producing programmes using Microsoft Project. The manager must be familiar with JCT Contracts and be familiar with Design and Build process. The manager must be familiar with working in schools and have a DBS cert for working in these environments. We undertake a variety of works including New Build, Cut & Carve refurbishment, CAT A / B office fit out and Reactive Maintenance.

As a team leader, the ideal candidate must be able to lead a team of site managers, ensuring high standards of health and Safety are maintained without compromise. As a client facing member of the team, the ideal person would be able to forge long standing relationships and able to bring new opportunities into the business as a result.  

They are looking to pay 55-60k plus package
