We are currently recruiting for a Voids Site Manager to join a large site in Wolverhampton. This role will oversee a range of internal and external refurbishment works in Wolverhampton.

As Site Manager you will be working on a long-term contract with our local authority partner, which will see us deliver works including:

* External works: roof replacement, external decoration, balcony repair / replacement, landscape repairs

* Internal works: electrical upgrades, door replacement, window overhauls

Your role will manage and control the activities on site to successfully complete the project within budget, to the stipulated quality standards, within the contract period and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring that the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained at all times.

We are looking for a Site Manager who can add value to the team with experience in managing a range of large-scale internal and external refurbishment works, ideally for a contractor. You will be an excellent communicator with good people management skills and the ability to motivate a team to ensure we’re getting works over the line. In addition, you will possess the following:

* Relevant construction related level 4 and above qualification (HNC / NVQ)

* Appropriate CSCS card and SMSTS certificate

* First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness

* Valid driving license
