About the role - Learning Support Assistant

I am working with this mainstream secondary school in Croydon who are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their SEN team to start ASAP. The successful learning support assistant will be working 1:1 with pupils diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and other learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will be experienced and interested in supporting a pupil to help them become more confident, whilst being able to provide the student with the support needed so they can reach their developmental potential.
