Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our close-knit team, Evolve Within Recruitment. As a fast-growing company we are rapidly expanding and have a great opportunity for an individual.

Evolve Within Recruitment is a permanent and temporary staffing agency, working with UK’s top early years providers.

Your duties would include:

* Business development in 360 functions

* Negotiating with businesses

* Building long lasting working relationships with clients

* Placing adverts on recruitment job boards

* Maintaining social media accounts

* Arranging appointments

* Conducting phone and in person interviews

* Obtaining references, assisting with HR

Job details:

* Full time, Monday to Friday

* First year OTE £25,000

* Second year OTE: £40,000

* Third year OTE: £60,000+
