Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing a large manufacturing company in their search for Machine Operators to work in their leading facility in Stafford Park, Telford.

For the successful Machine Operators our client is offering:

i. Competitive salary depending on experience ranging from £27,417 - £35,847 - DOE
ii. 4 on 4 off shift pattern which consists of Days & Nights (6pm-6am & 6pm-6am)
iii. Training & Development opportunities
iv. Permanent position
v. Free on site parking, site is also accessible by public transport

The Role - Machine Operators:

i. Setting the machine up correctly and inserting relevant instructions into the machine
ii. Ensuring the machine is running effectively
iii. Fault finding and resolving the issue where possible
iv. Reporting any major issues to Engineering
v. Completing paperwork
vi. Working to high standards

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:

i. Experienced working within a fast paced Manufacturing/FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
ii. IT Literate
iii. Experienced Setting/Running machines - ESSENTIAL
iv. Ability to operate multiple machines
v. Mechanical aptitude
