We are currently seeking a Reprographics Officer to join our team at a Secondary School in Redbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality reprographics services to staff and students, supporting the delivery of teaching and learning across the school.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Producing high-quality printed materials for use in the classroom and school events
Maintaining and managing reprographics equipment, ensuring it is fully operational and fit for purpose
Providing support and advice to staff and students on reprographics-related matters
Maintaining accurate records of all reprographics requests and equipment usage
Working collaboratively with other members of the support team to ensure the smooth running of the schoolThe ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in a reprographics or similar role
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
