Our client, a tier 1 contractor part of a wider national construction services group are renowned as being a highly respected business to work for. They employ over 600 people and are undergoing schemes from 25m up to 400m in construction cost.

The scheme in question is a major fit out project located near Stratford in East London. This high profile project has been in the spotlight in recent months due to the sheer scale. With cost in excess of £350m it is one of the largest fit out projects in the Capital and would look excellent on any CV going forward.

They seek a highly knowledgeable Commercial lead, specifically with an MEP background to come and join a team of 2 other surveyors to lead and progress the building services section of the scheme, which past £200m and will contain alot of infrastructure M&E Works.

Ideally they will come from a competitor but the client is also willing to consider candidates from a top tier MEP subcontracting background.

They offer an excellent salary and package in comparison to market at present.
