A Tier 1 OEM global automotive company known for producing world class leading premium cars are currently on the lookout for an Integrated Production Specialist

The role
Reporting to the Integrated production Manager and Integrated Production Specialist is now required to join the team.

You will take responsibility for:

Your primary role as an integrated production specialist will be to act a gatekeeper for the global integrated production systems within the Technology forums. This will include:

Governing and assessing of IPS systems, and understanding roadblocks impacting compliance
Working with the Digital and global IPS teams in order to develop, manage and grow digital systems/processes/tools.
Contribute to the Manufacturing Business Office (MBO) nerve centre reviews
Map activity and identify gaps between global plants and the central IPS standards
Benchmark Production systems
Aid global IPS IBP aligning to the re-imagine strategy and re focus transformation programme
Coach all levels within the business including global teams in the operation of IPS
What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

Experience in production within a manufacturing environment, especially lean manufacturing operations
Knowledge and understanding of Product Creation Delivery Systems (PCDS)
Efficient communications skills
Experience using integrated production systems
Understanding and compliance of quality operating systems and the requirements of IATF16949/ ISO 9001
Ability to produce professional presentations with curated and carefully targeted messaging.
Open to occasional international travel Other DESIRABLE skills include:

Relevant degree/equivalent experience
Agile/Jira/tableau experience
