We are looking for Health Care Assistants to work in the Brecon area.

Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant will include:

* Delivering high quality care to residents and ensuring all required standards are maintained throughout.

* Dispensing medication following the correct procedures and policies, keep accurate documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of all information.

* Supporting residents to maintain high standards of personal care, hygiene, and physical wellbeing, as well as immediately responding to concerns that may be a risk to the health and safety of residents, visitors, and colleagues.

* Ensuring resident’s aids and equipment are maintained (dentures, glasses, wheelchairs, etc)

Requirements:

* Essential to have a minimum of 1yr experience working as a Health Care Assistant.

* Right to work within the UK

* Enhanced DBS will be undertaken
