Quantity Surveyor

- £(Apply online only) per day depending on experience

- 3 month contract (extensions likely)

- Outside IR35.

Manchester Staff are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on an exciting project in Manchester Airport for a duration of 3 months. Increasing workload means extensions are likely!

What be you'll doing?

* Ensuring applications and valuations are completed in line with the contract terms.

* Managing day to day cost control, monitoring and reporting

* Measure progress, submit valuations, submit final accounts and retention release and monitor receipt of payment in a timely manner in accordance with the contracts

* Process subcontractor requests for payment

* Completing a monthly cost / valuation report and cash flow for the project

* Attend project and company related meetings

Essential criteria:

* Clean record for DBS

* 3+ Years experience

* NEC Contract Awareness

* Change & Control Management

* Working with clients & subcontractors

Desirable criteria:

* Awareness of CEMAR Software

* Commercial experience

* Worked on projects from inception to completion
