In this position you will be responsible for the pre-contract estimating of MEP Systems as well as advising the company on the procurement process. As well as this you will deal with tender management, post contract cost control and final accounts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and proven experience within a similar role. It is also essential that you can manage relationships with key clients and work both within a team environment and using your own initiative.

The Person:
*Degree in Quantity Surveying
*Proven industry experience
*Ability to manage relationships with clients
*Ability to work on own initiative and also within a team setting
*Understanding of Building Services
