I am currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to work for a well-established Travel Company in the centre of Bristol, working in a modern fun office !
You will receive a salary £40,168 - £46,409 per year depending on experience
Hours of work are 37.5 Monday - Friday Hybrid model 3 days in office 2 at home plus fantastic benefits

You will be the internal recruitment expert and will introduce and develop the most effective sourcing and selection methodologies, ensuring they are creative in their approach and use the most effective channels to secure and retain the best talent.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work very closely with the HR team who will support you each step of the way

Main Duties
Build up talent pipeline to ensure there is a continuous flow of available candidates
Manage internships and apprenticeships
Track market trends Ensure all current roles are competitive in the current market
Support strategic projects
Manage all onboarding processes
Build and maintain good working relationships with all recruitment agencies
Place and update all job postings in various medias including internet, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
Source potential candidates through a variety of channels.
Conduct initial screening calls, first stage interviews and arrange pre-employment testing, background
& References screenings.
Work closely with the global HR team to ensure consistency and best-practice in the recruitment lifecycle, taking local legislation and practice into consideration.
Organise recruitment fairs and events where appropriate.
Monitor and report on recruitment costs, seeking the most cost-effective solution to deliver high quality candidates in a timely manner.
Skills
Experience of recruitment and onboarding processes, coordination of employee engagement and reward initiatives, and support with ad hoc projects such as data migration practices.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a critical eye for language choice to drive Highly developed communication skills, experienced in using questioning, listening and coaching skills
Expert knowledge of best-practice selection processes, including assessment, psychometric evaluation and interview.
A social media native who keeps up to date with the latest social recruiting trends.
Confident with IT, able to create engaging digital content as well as maintain internal communication channels (SharePoint, Teams etc).
Experience of, and a genuine passion for, attracting, onboarding and developing great talent. An in-depth knowledge of current employment law is important so you can bring best practice to the role. You will be comfortable building productive relationships with senior leaders in the business, committing to both learn the intricacies of the various functions and confident to share your expertise and guide them in best-practice recruitment.
You should be empathetic, understanding, and caring. As a confident communicator, you will know exactly how to engage and motivate teams, building trust and relationships as you go.
Beneficial skills
