Job Title: Spanish Speaking Lead Generator

Location: Birmingham / Hybrid

Pay Rate: £10 - £14 per hour

Hours of Work:  Monday – Friday  8:30am - 4:30pm

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for a Spanish Speaking Lead Generator that has experience of calling businesses to generate leads. Working on various campaigns, you will be joining a team to make outbound calls to businesses, generate leads and book appointments.

Duties of a Spanish Speaking Lead Generator

In this role you will be working to generate leads and booking appointments for the sales department to chase up and close. Reporting to the floor manager, you will be responsible for:

Answering customer questions
Undertaking market research
Data entry
Booking appointments
Making outbound B2B calls

Skills and Experience of a Spanish Speaking Lead Generator

As a Spanish Speaking Lead Generator, you need to have the following:

Experience of working in a call centre/sales environment
Experience of making outbound calls
Experience of B2B sales
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
Fluency in both English and Spanish

It would be beneficial to the Spanish Speaking Lead Generator role if you also had:

A confident telephone manner
Strong written and verbal skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to use own initiative and work towards targets
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
