CMA are supporting a fast-growing business in Woking, Surrey, who have recently received private equity backing and have a clear plan for future growth. They have grown 20% each year, for the last 3 years and are due to take on a large number of new clients later in the year. They are expecting new opportunities to continue arising within the finance team, to accommodate this growth.

What will the Accounts Payable role involve:

Processing a high volume of invoices (500 a week);
Processing staff expenses on a weekly basis;
Monitoring a very busy accounts payable inbox (300 emails a day);
Processing credit card transactions;
Completing payment runs;
Reconciliation of supplier bank accounts.
Suitable Candidates for the Accounts Payable role:

Track record of working in a busy, high volume accounts payable role;
Strong Excel skills and experience on Sage 200;
A quick learner with a thirst for learning;
Strong organisational skills;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
