The Role:
* Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of domestic HVAC solutions.
* Field/home based covering South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
* A mix of account management and new business selling into Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Specialist Contractors with some distributors also.
* Taking over a great territory for the business.
* Talking on a technical level with your customer base.
* Huge database and target market.
* All of your work will be within the refurbishment sector.
* You will be expected to deliver CPD seminars.
* Realistic and achievable targets.
* Great leads provided
* Excellent back up, support and long term career opportunity.
The Person:
* Must have sold to Local Authorities/Housing Associations
* Ideally sold a mechanical product (Ideally Ventilation) but not actually essential, more about who you have sold to.
* Consultative in approach
* On patch
* Happy with the new business element of the role.
The Package:
* Up to £55k basic salary (depending on experience)
* £70k++ OTE
* Company car or allowance
* 25 Days Holiday
