We are looking for a Quality Analystwho will assist in maintaining the highest levels of quality associated with our client’s brand. The key responsibility of this role is to drive continuous improvement by evaluating quality data gained by the validation team to establish an understanding of where improvements need to be made, develop relevant quality process documentation, backed up by data. The successful Quality Analyst will be involved in spearheading the roll out of new Quality Management System as well as evaluating data from all Quality aspects of the vehicle builds from Body in White through to End of Line Audit.

The duties and responsibilities of the Quality Analyst:
Provide first hand support in all areas of quality validation, preferably with experience in a recognised problem-solving methodology.
Management of day-to-day fault management system.
Spearhead continuous improvement projects including the introduction of Quality Management System (QMS).
Analysis of data within the fault management system and weekly report generation.
Presentation of relevant data to Senior Management teams and articulating how problem-solving decisions have been developed.
Generation of all relevant manufacturing quality process documentation.
To help with and drive the decision-making process and containment of faults with the Engineering team and assembly areas.
Assisting in setting team KPI’s to drive improvements.
The ideal Quality Analyst:
Proven experience in a data analyst role within automotive manufacturing
Must have an understanding and appreciation for niche vehicle production and brand requirements.
Experienced and confident in data management with the ability to understand, generate and articulate reports.
Identifying resolutions for product related issues, ensuring all quality targets are achieved.
Must have great attention to detail.
Energetic, proactive, calm under pressure, personable and mature personality
Strong team-worker – ability to thrive and lead in a small, closely-knit team.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Hours: Day Shift: Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 17.00pm
