Financial Manager - Real Estate

What you’ll be doing:

Working alongside the Operations team, the Finance Manager will be primarily responsible for the financial management of the Regional Office portfolio in conjunction with supporting the REFM (Real Estate Financial Modelling) Finance Manager. You’ll provide astute reports, data sets, research documents and presentations to senior management.

Do you have the drive to support the wider Operations team and forge sustainable relationships with senior personnel? 

What we need you to bring to the business:

Qualified by Experience or working towards an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Significant real estate/property sector experience and an in depth understanding of property leasing & landlord/tenant relationships

Strong IT skills particularly in Excel

A proven track record of quickly building and maintaining key internal stakeholder relationships

A confident, ‘hands on’ attitude

Emotionally intelligent with the confidence to influence decision making
