The Role

Administrator position in Ash Vale.

As we are currently a small branch, the role will be quite varied but full training and assistance will be provided every step of the way.


• Salary £25,000 to £27,000 (Depending On experience)

Some of the duties you would be required to do are outlined below;

• Answering incoming company calls

• Helping customers

• Migrating/porting customers telephone numbers from one supplier to another

• Purchasing equipment

• Processing invoices for payment

• Bookkeeping

• Organising the monthly customer bill run with our software

• Payment reminders and helping deal with potential disputes

• Maintaining supplier and customer records.

• Updating the CRM system

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Significant experience working within an office environment

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise workload

• Effective communicator with the ability to form good relationships

• Reasonably IT savvy and proficient in MS Office package
