Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission

Location: Clapham

My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support the company operations by organising and co-ordinating all job requests. You will ensure the bookings are organised effectively and efficiently to maximise customer service and efficiency. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a customer facing role and have great communication skills both over the phone and via email.

Duties:

* Booking in all job requests as soon as they are received

* Call and / or email property managers / tenants / clients to book in jobs

* Liaise with property managers if tenants are unreachable

* Liaise with engineers

* Ensure booking confirmations are sent to clients

* Update systems to keep information up to date

* Ensure jobs are booked in the same geographical locations to minimise engineer travel and to increase productivity

* Present, promote, and sell our services to existing and prospective clients

* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
