A leading, international, multi-disciplinary practice is looking for an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant, focusing on certifications such as BREEAM/ WELL/ LEED, to join their growing London Sustainability team.
The role will involve carrying out assessments using a range of certification methodologies including BREEAM and WELL. The role will involve the management and delivery of building certification consultancy to blue chip clients throughout the UK and overseas on some of the world's most prestigious projects. The role will be client facing and candidates should be experienced in providing high level technical advice on a broad range of sustainability issues.
To succeed in the role individuals will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of sustainability issues in the built environment, an in-depth knowledge of building certification standards and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
For this role they are looking for 'Green' certified professionals and candidates holding an honours degree or higher with considerable experience delivering projects in a consultancy environment. Knowledge and experience of other certification methods LEED and Home Quality Mark would also be beneficial.
